Introduction
Riot Games, in collaboration with UVS Games, has officially announced the development of a new trading card game. Previously known as Project K, the game has been finally named Riftbound: League of Legends Trading Card Game. The game provides an opportunity for fans to experience their favorite League of Legends characters in an entirely new format.
Release Schedule
Riftbound is expected to launch in China in the Summer of 2025. It will later be available to English-speaking countries from October 2025 onwards.
Gameplay Features
Players can look forward to different types of gameplay formats; the game includes 1v1, 2v2, and free-for-all modes. A variety of familiar characters from the popular game, League of Legends, such as Jinx, Viktor, and Lee Sin will take the center stage in this new trading card game.
Product Details
The first set of the game will be called Riftbound: Origins that features over 300 cards to collect. Each booster pack available for purchase will contain 14 cards. Other products that would be released with the game include Champion Decks and the Proving Grounds starter set.
