Main Highlights and Revisions

Updates to the Operators

This season introduces considerable operator changes and rebalancing: Thatcher and Fortress are slated to receive full reworks in line with the anniversary celebration. Furthermore, other operators like Thermite, Maverick, and Ace will undergo modifications to enhance balance. For instance,

• Thermite will transition to a two-speed, two-armor operator with an additional Exothermic Charge and a secondary shotgun for increased flexibility.
• Maverick’s Breaching Torch will no longer require cool down and reloading periods. Plus, the operator will be equipped with frag grenades and the Reaper MK2 secondary weapon.
• Ace will become a three-armor, one-speed operator with other adaptations to offset these alterations.

New Firearm

The introduction of a new DMR (Designated Marksman Rifle) has been announced, and the weapon will be available to various operators in the game.

Alterations in Map and Gameplay

This season aims to introduce a comprehensive rework of a casual map, which will now be added to the Ranked playlist. Additionally, gamers can expect modernized maps and improvements to the R6 ShieldGuard anti-cheating system.

Testing for Armor and Health System

A Testing Grounds phase is planned for January, designed to evaluate the modernized handling of operator armor and speed mechanics. This opportunity lets players share opinions and suggestions prior to the full execution of the system.

The Operation Tenfold Pursuit Test Server is projected to become operational on November 17, a day following the official reveal, to evaluate the new features and implement any necessary changes before the formal introduction of the new season.
