LoL 2026 Season Act I “For Demacia” Battle Pass Rewards

The 2026 Season Act I “For Demacia” Battle Pass of League of Legends is set to come with the upcoming Patch 26.01. It offers a range of rewards for both the paid and free tracks.

Organized to run from January 8 to March 3, 2026, the Battle Pass features a list of rewards ladder, stating which levels are free and which ones need to be purchased.

For those willing to take the premium route, the Pass offers interesting themed rewards, including three exclusive skins: Petricite Cho’Gath, Durand’s Legacy Taliyah and Prestige Veiled Lady Morgana. Each of these rare skins comes with its own distinctive icon and border. Other premium loot includes multiple Demacia Orbs, Ancient Sparks which work as event currency, a Mythic Essence tier, an exclusive “2026 Season 1 Ward” skin, and a variety of emotes including “Nailed It”, “Eagle Hug!”, “Good Vibes”, “Petricite Roar”.

Even for those who choose not to purchase the pass, there’s an array of impressive free rewards that can be unlocked by reaching certain levels. These include three champion permanents – Cho’Gath, Taliyah, Morgana, 13,500 Blue Essence in total, two unique icons, four mystery icons, eight Hextech Chests and Keys, four Champion Capsules with one Glorious Champion Capsule, an exclusive emote and the “Dauntless Demacian” title.

Progressing the Battle Pass and Earning Event Currency

Riot’s Patch 26.1 notes reveal how to make progress in the Battle Pass. Purchasing it ensures instant Silver Shields and an increase in gain from recurring missions. Games played and mission completions are converted into event currency and pass XP, thus increasing Battle Pass progress.

Noteworthy and Themed Rewards

Those who opt for the Act I Pass can look forward to three standout rewards – Petricite Cho’Gath, Durand’s Legacy Taliyah and Prestige Veiled Lady Morgana – that seem to be highly coveted. Also included are Mastery emotes, themed icons, event orbs and progression materials including Ancient Sparks. Noteworthy as well is a store-only skin, Petricite Nautilus, costing 1350 RP, that will stay permanent in the shop.

Season 1 2026’s “For Demacia” Theme

The Battle Pass is a key part of the larger “For Demacia”-themed seasonal event which covers Battle Pass content, Summoner’s Rift narrative beats and changes, along with shop cosmetics. The entire season is structured into Acts with Act I focusing on Demacia, and additional acts likely to be introduced throughout 2026.

Gameplay and System Changes with Patch 26.1

Along with the introduction of the Battle Pass, Patch 26.1 also brings significant changes to the gameplay. These include role quests for Top, Mid, and Bot lanes providing extra XP, gold, and late-game power, the possibility of a 7th item slot, turret and plating reworks, objective and comeback adjustments, and early surrender with AFK time moved earlier in the game.
