This is exciting wheat!! I’m a college grad (Go Skers) and I want to get into the esports world. What is the best first step for that?

While casting so many pro matches have you found anything one thing that separates the worst pros from the best? Or is it really just all about the practice?

Thanks so much for doing this! What would you say is the most important way to improve your reach and ability to be hired as host and commentator? On my 5th year now and have been running into a wall when it comes to top level gigs.
