DFM in the VCT Pacific League
DFM and its player or coach known as Suggest are part of the Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) circuit in the Asia-Pacific region. DFM is one of 12 teams participating in this contest, organized by Riot Games. Their participation and performance in the VCT 2025 Pacific League play a vital role in their qualification for major international tournaments and earning Championship Points.
VCT Pacific League’s Format and Structure
The league launched with a Kickoff tournament from January 18 to February 9, 2025, which took place at the Sangam Colosseum in Seoul. This double-elimination tournament featured best-of-three matches, with the lower bracket final and grand final being best-of-five.
The results of the Kickoff tournament determined which teams qualified for the international event, Masters Bangkok. The top two teams earned not just their spots at the Masters, but also Championship Points. The Kickoff tournament saw the participation of all 12 partnered Pacific teams, including DFM, PRX, and others.
After the Kickoff, the Pacific Stage 1 began on March 21 and ended on May 11, 2025. This stage, also held in Seoul, had a round-robin format followed by a double-elimination bracket. The top three teams from this stage qualified for Masters Toronto, the next international event.
Participation Rewards and Points Distribution
Teams finishing first and second at the Kickoff not only qualify for Masters Bangkok but are also awarded three and two Championship Points respectively, while the third and fourth-placed teams receive one Championship Point each.
